This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Android application TempoPlayer (package ID: online.deivtech.player), published on Google Play by DeivTech ("we", "us", or "the developer").
Information We Collect
TempoPlayer does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The application does not require you to create an account and does not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
Audio Files and Media Information
TempoPlayer accesses audio files that you choose or that are available in your device's media library so it can play music, display track information, create playlists, and analyze tempo (BPM). Audio files and related media information are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to the developer or to third parties.
Permissions
TempoPlayer may request the following Android permissions:
- Music and audio / storage access: to find, read, and play audio files stored on your device.
- Foreground media playback: to continue playing audio and show playback controls while the application is in the background.
- Wake lock: to maintain uninterrupted audio playback when necessary.
These permissions are used only to provide the application's music-player features. TempoPlayer does not request Internet access.
Data Stored on Your Device
TempoPlayer may store application settings, playlists, playback state, and tempo-related information locally on your device. This local data is not sent to DeivTech. You can remove it by clearing the application's data or uninstalling TempoPlayer.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
TempoPlayer does not share user data with DeivTech or third parties. The application does not contain advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.
Children's Privacy
TempoPlayer does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.
Security
Because TempoPlayer processes audio and application data locally, that data remains subject to the security protections of your Android device. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we recommend keeping your device and operating system protected and up to date.
